Creating A Way Foundation is currently led by its three-member Board of Directors. As a growing organization, our board takes an active role in the day-to-day work of the Foundation, from developing projects and building community partnerships to fundraising and outreach.

As CAWF grows, we plan to expand our team while remaining focused on the communities and young people we serve.
