WHY WE EXIST
Every child deserves more than the chance to simply get by.
They deserve the opportunity to participate, belong, discover what they're capable of, and thrive.
But sometimes the barriers standing in the way are surprisingly simple. A pair of shoes that doesn't fit. A suitcase for their belongings. The cost of joining a team, learning an instrument, attending prom, or celebrating an important milestone.
Creating A Way Foundation exists to help remove those barriers. We provide brand-new essentials while creating access to experiences and opportunities that allow young people to participate with confidence and dignity.
Because surviving shouldn't be the finish line. Every child deserves a chance to thrive.

We can't remove every challenge a child may face, but we can help remove the ones within our reach.
Creating A Way Foundation brings together communities, organizations, businesses, donors, and volunteers to turn simple acts of support into meaningful opportunities for young people.
Sometimes creating a way means a new pair of shoes. Sometimes it's the chance to play a sport, learn an instrument, attend prom, carry your belongings with dignity, or celebrate a milestone.
Whatever the barrier, we believe there should be a way forward.
IT STARTS AT HOME.
Our work began in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, where the idea behind Creating A Way Foundation first took shape. Today, we're putting that mission into action by working with trusted local organizations to create opportunities for children and youth in the community.
Poplar Bluff is our first step, but not the limit of our vision. As Creating A Way Foundation grows, we hope to bring our programs to young people in communities wherever a way forward is needed.
